A living room that changes roles
The modular sofa facing the 100" screen is a cinema by night. In the morning the space rearranges into a meeting setup with a master table for 8. Presentations, video calls and sport all run on the same screen, with precise sound.
The private spa floor
A sauna, a hot tub and a massage rain shower on their own floor. After the meeting or after the trip, you choose the order. The towel and aroma station stands right at the spa entrance.
The Cigar Room
The only smoking zone in the residence. A DeLonghi espresso machine, a soft drink station and a carefully chosen cigar selection. Cognacs, whiskies and wines arrive on pre-order. The same rule covers e-cigarettes and vapes: smoking happens here only.
Bedrooms and kitchen
Two bedrooms, each with a 55" screen: one beside the spa zone, one upstairs by the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a wine fridge in the Cigar Room for whatever you're saving for last.
