Through the inquiry form: full name, email, stay dates, number of guests and the message content. Through WhatsApp or Viber: phone number and the conversation content.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, confirm the reservation and arrange the stay. We don't use the data for newsletters and we don't sell it to third parties.
Who has access
The property host and the technical providers required to run the site and send email (hosting, email service).
How long we keep it
For the duration of the communication and the period required by guest registration law in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Cookies
Before your consent we set only the `_chx_consent` cookie, which remembers your choice and lasts six months. With consent to statistics and marketing we load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which set their own cookies and process visit data, including a transfer to the USA. Your inquiry reaches us even if you decline.
